Hello Ken if you still have the schematic I could use it I have two of them down right now. I'musing a pioneer 949a for the time
. I'm just up in spokane

Yes, I would like a copy also, if you still have it available. I'm trying to cure a pop when it powers up.

Here is a simple way to see if the relay is causing the pop. (this wors best after dark) Turn off all lights. Observe the master relay. Turn the unit on. If you see a spark of light on the contacts of the relay at the same time as you hear the pop, you have found the problem, ie the relay is out of adjustment. It is usually then a matter of cleaning and adjusting the relay.
