TURNTABLE: Panasonic SL-750

This is the middle model of the Panasonic SL-650/750/850 series turntable/record changer with built-in CD-4 demodulator. This came equipped with the EP-451C quad cartridge/stylus assembly. The front face flips down to reveal the accessory compartment for the turntable and record changer posts for LP's and 45's. In lower right corner of faceplate is the CD-4 'radar' indicator.

As I am lacking the operator manual for this unit, I don't have full idea of its capabilities or bells-and-whistles. I do have the service manual which I acquired shortly after acquiring this unit.

I was looking for the SL-750 for ages and gave up.
When I was looking for my 1st quad deck and receiver this model was on my list of known quad decks. I've got a nice picture of it on it's stack with smart tuner,sound direction controller and 8 track.

Difficult to find on Ebay and I don't think they were marketed over here in England. Sorry to be depressing!!
