Quick fix instruction:

First pass: tracks 2, 3, 10, 12: swap front and rear channels.
You will get that channels for the full album

Track 1- Back Left,
Track 2 - Front Left
Track 3 - Front Right
Track 4 - Back Right

Then: reassign the channels for the entire album in order to have

Track 1 - Front Left (was T2)
Track 2 - Front Right (was T3)
Track 3 - Back Left (was T1)
Track 4 - Back Right (was T4)
