Enoch Light "Persuasive Percussion" SACD - Stereo Only???

WTF??

Another big miss. Sure, the original 1959 release was stereo, but this title was the very first COMMAND QUADRAPHONIC release and was probably remixed by Enoch Light himself (CQD-40000).

I guess the days of 5.1 SACDs are about done.

Hmmm...Top Music International. Their website is obviously geared toward audiophiles, though most of their titles would only be for the most enthusiastic SACD or vinyl enthusiasts. They do have a few names--Petula Clark, Connie Francis, Nancy Sinatra--but most of it's fairly generic. FWIW, all the SACD's on that site appear to be hybrid stereo only.

I'd like to know where they're getting their masters from. UMe presumably controls the Command catalog, including Light's music, but I don't think they're mentioned at all. As for Top Music, I'm guessing Hong Kong or Japan? They list characters below the English titles, but unlike my wife, I can't tell one from another.
