Well, well, if it isn't our good friend Mr. Outofarea, back under a new name! You know, your old account is still active. No need for the new duds! Which handle do you want to use? Please tell me so I can delete the other one.
It looks like someone copied the reel to another tape, then kept the original and spooled the copy onto the original hub.
This way, they can sell the copy in the original box for big bucks, and keep the original physical tape for themselves.
Of course, who knows when this was done. This seller may not even realize that is what happened, if it did.

The rest of the quad reels he has on eBay are exactly the same, all "brown" tape. Now, it REALLY looks suspicious!
