Ford q8 rca samplers

The question is useless and boring but i will like an answer:
how many Ford Quad demo cart has been released? You know, the ones that seems to be in almost half of the auction that features a 8 track.

So far i know of 5 tapes:
Kaleidoscope... DPT1-0140, 1975
Kaleidoscope... DPT1-0197, 1976
Quadrasonic... DAT2-0249, 1978
Quadrasonic... DAT2-0346, 1978
Quadrasonic 80 DAT1-0463, 1980

Are these all, or there is some hole in between? 1977 and 1979 are missing years.

Is there a discography out there on these tapes or perhaps someone might do one here?

I noticed on MA quad list that most releases are "2 tapes".
What does that mean?
Same catalog number but different songs?

There seems to be some lapse in the way these were dated. Also, IIRc, at least 1 or 2 years had two different catalog #'d tapes issued (don't know if the content was different). The '75 & '76 tapes listed above were intended (respectively) for the '76 & '77 model year cars. The tape for '78 model year cars that I have is actually dated 1978. DAT1-0307. It has a great full slipcase, with a snow scene painting of the Ford building, with trees, etc. This might have been a second issue for model year '78, possibly?

The "346" tape dated as '78 above I believe is for the '79 model year cars. If it has a picture of an electronic radio on the label, it has to be.
