Is there a channel assignment error on Gentle Giant Freehand Atmos mix?(track 1)

The lead vocals are duplicated in right height channels, mainly rear one. Surely this is an error? It is ruining the experience for me, as this is my fav track and love everything else.

Is this an authoring issue, or channel assignment? Reminds me of the drum issue with Sammy Nestico Blu ray 3D mixes.
