Incredible that he was sued just for sounding like himself!

I always thought that his solo stuff had a bit of a harshness to it "digital sound". Perhaps it could have benefited from a couple of generations of analogue tape, but then it really would be CCR!

I wonder if this will clear the way to get those old quad CCRs out in a modern format. or even new Fogerty/CCR releases from the original masters!

Without knowing it in great detail , I remember he had a lot of legal trouble over all of it which I thought was terrible at the time. Similar to the Beatles losing control of their works.

Kudos to Concord for doing the right thing and fixing a historic wrong. (Couldn't have hurt to have Irving Azoff involved--I've always heard that he's one of those "sonofabitch but our sonofabitch" guys.)
