Marantz CD-400 or 400B

What's the difference sound wise, I have the 400 but everyone seems to mention the B, is it signifgantly better?

The 400B has auto-carrier detect while the 400 has a manual carrier adjustment. I prefer the 400 over the 400B. I do not like the auto-carrier. Use the search feature of this site and you will find a wealth of info on the 400 vs. 400B.
