According to the latest Sound & Vision, page 34:
Eclipse, Kenwood & Pioneer all will have DVD-A units for the car this year (along with Acura). They were shown at the CES 2003. According to the article, SONY has <em>no current plans to introduce a car-specific SACD player</em>.
Big mistake, in my opinion. This will be a big boost to DVD-A, hopefully the software guys will GET ON THE STICK!!!
