RCA Madama Butterfly Q8 worth converting?

Anyone who's up on their classical care to comment? I have a sealed q8, but I believe this recording (1962?) may be from a series that's currently being reissued in sacd or dvd-a format. And the q8 is incomplete of course.

Am I correct in assuming that this isn't discreet 4 channel...maybe 3 channel like the "Living Presence" recordings?

Some of the Q8 releases of early sixties RCA recordings were surprisingly discrete. Hello Dolly is a good example of that as well as the early Henry Mancini hit recordings. The Van Clibern Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No 1 Q8 is pretty good also.
