Mum died last Autumn and I have been rummaging through her stuff readying the house for sale. I took back several cassettes and vinyl albums that I wanted to keep. Amongst the lot was one Columbia SQ in pristine condition (the sleeve is like new) by Andy Williams - The Godfather. I must have bought this myself back in the 70's when living at home.... I was a quad child of the 70's - oh yes!

Andy Williams "B-Sides and Rarities" cd

track 21. Help Me Make It Through The Night... is the quad mix ,put on the disc by the record company because they wanted to show how different a quad mix could be compared with the standard stereo issue.

The obvious thing to do would be to put both versions of the albums onto one cd, but that's a far too obvious (and probably money making) idea for them to come up with

they put alot of his cds out as 2 for ones, but of course it's 2 different titles on one disc....

and he's got alot of cd's and alot of quad ones too.

A lot of Quad CD's? Care to mention which ones used the SQ master?
