Original Passport Records (made and distributed by Arista?)
Gatefold (inner photo with one of the Twin Towers in the Background...creepy)
"clear" vinyl pressing (with blue ink smudges and bubbles in the middle)

DPL Music II Panorama at +1

This was a dead ringer cause of Larry doing his first LP in QS.
I'd swear he either encoded this one too or manipulated the phase to achieve the same results. A lot of stuff clearly defined in the Rears ....cool!!!

This one IS QS encoded, as I recall. I think I may still even have this one.

I think you are right Jon,
I think there were 3 Synergy LPs that were QS:
"Electronic Realizations" (marked) and "Sequencer" & "Cords" (unmarked).
Several Passport LPs were QS encoded but not marked.
I know Nektar's "Remember The Future" & "Down To Earth" were QS but
not marked.
Ray Thomas' solo "From Mighty Oaks" on Threshold was also QS but unmarked as well.
