I just saw the Official release of a new single from Gilmour's Luck And Strange, called the Piper's Call. Just blown away by at this stage of his life and career, not only can he write, create, sing and play the quality work that he always is capable of, but is still so creative and innovative is his guitar work and vocals. On this track at least, he has IMHO probably one of the most talented drummers in the last 50 years to play with him, Steve Gadd. They're both getting pretty old, but still at the top of their games! So looking forward to this Atmos September 6th release. See the video for yourselves.

I stand corrected, if Amazon's website is right. It says Atmos and stereo mixes. Maybe they just left it off?

David has just announced the first dates of the tour, six nights in the Royal Albert Hall in October, 09, 10, 11 , 12, 14 and 15. States these are the only UK dates.
I managed to get four tickets in the pre sale this morning, Arena B on Tuesday 14th October. With fees they cost just below £1000, I reckoned they would be expensive as I paid £100 per ticket in 2015.

Lucky you, I got stuck in the process, I still can't understand why. In any case, don't know if I would have had paid almost 300 euros for an arena ticket. Same as you, I paid 100 pounds in 2015, row 7
Should have made it clearer, tickets were £225 each with fees £88 on top plus another £5 for postage.

Tickets for Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets gig next month at the Albert Hall are less than half of what Gilmour is charging. His greed is astounding!

Well, after a really painful process and after having already given up, I tried RAH directly and got a nice arena row 9 on the 15th. I even had to call my bank so that the transaction was approved, first time this happens to me ever.
If anyone still wants to get a ticket, try RAH, 15 minutes ago there were still some tickets left.
I'm a little embarrassed to have paid 250 pounds for a single ticket, but what the hell, this is likely the last Gilmour's gig.

It's looking like all six nights in the RAH are sold out. Six dates announced in Rome on September 27th, 28th & 29th and October 01st, 2nd and 03rd in the Circo Massimo venue and that's it for Europe.
