See if CA has a "legal aid" division, maybe you can get it pro bono?
Here in MI, lawyers are allowed to advertise on TV, and we have several that would probably take a case like this...no results, no pay.

From your posts I get a seriously bad feeling about both your demodulator and the demod he's supposedly creating for QQ.

it's going to take an organized effort by those of willing to get this done by jointly hiring a San Diego area lawyer to write a demand letter and then, if necessary, to sue this guy for recovery of $$ and equipment, and who knows, maybe even punitive damages. As I stated, I'm not sure, but it may be possible that any judgment that may be obtained against QB might include recovery of atty's fees and court costs (depending upon Cal. law). If there are any Cal. lawyers amongst us, please advise.

I did a search on here the other day on "police" looking for a review of a Police SACD and one of the first threads that came up in the search was "Where's Quad Bob?"! Gotta like that.
