I've been to both the MWAVE's. There's a lot of interesting demos, information and real world comparisons. Especially of interest to this group would be the room correction comparison. This year Dark Side of the Moon (Atmos) and various other immersive music (Steven Wilson, The Beatles, etc) were used in addition to movie tests. There was no display and you got to focus on just how technologies like DIRAC, ARC, Room Perfect, Storm and Audyssey all behaved in these applications (along with no correction at all). This was a full Atmos setup composed of Martin Logan speakers. No idea if this will be part of the show next year, but it's likely they'll keep doing it.
