Need to decode QS,but am confused......

This really is a simple question, I need to decode some QS material, but after reading the threads here i'm confused on the best way to do it.

I've read there are possible phaze issues with the script for Audition 3 (which i use) so is it still best to use one for Audition 2, and which one?

I would like to know this as well.... or the remedy if the channels are out of phase. You know... set rear right at -90 degrees etc.
