PG "Play-the videos" DVD DTS 5.1 reauthoring question

I have the copy with the "glitch" that makes the DTS 5.1 mixes play at -30 dB.
What do I have to do (substract, add) to re-author this so that it plays at a normal volume?
(I have a mac and "Mac the ripper")

IIRC there are two things:

1- the -30dB bug is an erroneous instruction somewhere in the VIDEO_TS folder that can be removed.

2- The DTS 96/24 stream can not be used as the MAIN default stream, so it has to keep the Dullbe 2.0 at least so that it can work (Thanks , Neil!)

Hey guys, the entire VIDEO_TS folder from the corrected European version of this DVD is out there as a torrent. You could always get that, DVD Shrink it and bam, fixed backup copy.
