Does anyone know of some good freeware or shareware that can convert 5.1 DTS files into wavs, for creating 5.1 DTS cds? Thanks.

do a Google for eac3togui

you need to install both the eac3to.exe as well as the GUI version

in the source box you add album.dts - in the destination box, it defaults to album.ac3

edit the .ac3 to .wavs..

I think the answers given are to create wav from DTS (as the OP asked).
To make DTS-CDs however you need DTS files in a specific format. The source files must be samplerate of 44100Hz (24 or 16bit). You would need a DTS encoder to create DTSWAV files, that you can burn to a CD.

Yeah sorry about that haha. Answering the thread title more than the real question

You can use tranzcode.exe, as DOS utility, that will give you mono files from a .dts file.
