I have one in my car, and it compare favorably with any Fosgate processor I've heard, including the Tate, very discrete. Supposedly this unit doesn't not have the compromises that most licenced Pro Logic II units have, due to the supposed average home theater listener's tastes. This unit is discrete 5.1, even with SQ material the rears have distinct separation L-R and F-B. :steering:
