That the best sound option for Bluray is to get a player that decodes "dolby HD/ DTS Master stuff " and put it out analog 7.1 to the reciver/amp. This is using our old friend the RCA cable. He said any other way will have some compresion. Unless you are only going 5.1, he would use HDMI.
