Airpods Max ... $600 ..worth it?

Seems that, although I hate the Beats headphones, Apple has revamped them and is introducing these that supposedly will have a surround-like option...

I mean.. these SCREAM to thieves "I have VERY expensive headphones, PLEASE grab them and start running!".. or maybe I am just being paranoid (which would be different from normal cauuuuuse...)

Your thoughts?

If you like jewelry in the shape of headphones (like Beats) and have no need for sound to come out of them intact, well this is the new look apparently.

I thought the Sennheiser HD280 Pro has pretty good performance and isolation for when you need headphones. I'm one that hates listening to music on headphones in general. I only use them for isolation required for tracking in the studio or checking something live. $99

Beats are the usual ripoff: expensive cause it's a "famous" person brand.
