Farao Classics in U.S.

The Farao Classics DVD-A release of Zubin Mehta's recording of Wagner's the Valkurie is now available in the U.S. at premieremusic.net. I understand from Farao that this is their only distributor here. It's listed on the bottom of their home page.

I received and have listened to this now. 3 hours and 45 minutes, 24/48 recording in 5.0 surround (no .l channel). It is simply the best sounding Opera I have ever heard.
First rate - my wife's only complaint, she wanted to "watch it". It is so well done I didn't notice that it wasn't 24/96. I hope they do more. First rate performance - Zubin Mehta, John Tomlinson . . . all the info is on the website.
