DROP YOUR WAD ON QUAD Chicago, Illinois
At one point, you discovered there was more than just Rock & Roll. So, you spend your hard earned pay or allowance for a classical album. What was your first acquisition by the masters? OPERAS are on a different thread. So, no operas, please.

Please list 5.1/Quad/Stereo/Mono, format LP/Q4/Q8/SACD/DTS/DVD-A/8 tk/Cass/4 tk (NOT Quad)/2 ch Reel/Playtape/Tefi, etc. The year and place of purchase are optional. Here's mine:

Bach Organ Favorites Vol 4 - E. Power Biggs. Stereo LP. Bought it at Korvettes in 1970. Sound like Church. Old Ernest could really hit those pedals & keys.
