In fifty or so countries yes, but not on the same day. You're late - ours was over a month ago (27th March)!

UK has a different day of the year. Not sure, but I imagine other countries do as well. But it's a nice thought, imagining everyone, everywhere, celebrating their appreciation of mothers on the same day.
