Tell me how it is. I’ve always gotten lower output from the 3.5mm output extractors vs. the RCA output extractors.
So sorry...I forgot to give an update.

I purchased the Altona AT-HD570 a while back, and finally hooked it up between my Sony UBP-X800M2 player and old Onyko TX-SV919THX receiver. It works great, and is a relatively cheap solution allowing me to use my older amp (which I just can't seem to part with). The Sony allows me to play Blu-ray, SACD and DVD-A disks, as well as CDs and regular DVDs. The Sony user interface ain't that great, but the sound is good. This is for my bonus room above my garage, it's not my main set-up...it works great for that purpose.

I did need to buy some extra 3.5 mini-jack to RCA cables, and 6 RCA couplers. You may need to do the same based upon your configuration. Here's the links on Amazon:
