Hi people of this Forum .
I sold my all my quad equipment back in 2010 . I went back to a dolby digital surround sound receiver from Marantz . I got a none working item from ebay , A Marantz SR-18EX . I had it Repaired By Marantz , service wide in Downers Grove , Illinois . They did a good job , but it need a cap replacement in Board PSO4 , Cap number on the board is C823 2200UF16V . Im going to fix it my self this time, there famous for bad solder Joints or getting cold solder joints . My power supply was full of bad solder joints last time . I have a post on audiokarma about this problem on there too . If you own this model receiver and am having problems with powering on from the remote , look at my post on audiokarma . I know many People are members to that forum too .
