Cover version of a classic Aussie tune created originally by John Farnam:

In typical fashion for this band- their albums like utilizing the height speakers- with drum fills within my top/rear heights and ceiling speakers.

The cover versions of Rhythm of my Heart (Rod Stewart) and Crazy (Seal) add plenty of new Atmos pizzaz too.

A great mix and enjoyable soundtrack album overall.

KING AND COUNTRY- Usung Hero (The Inspired by Soundtrack)

Bill Frisell's Orchestras is one of "5 Classical Albums You Can Listen To Right Now" in today's Times.
All of the arrangements are by composer-arranger Michael Gibbs, whose discography stretches back more than five decades (and whose relationship with Frisell, more than four). The tracklist consists of "mostly...Frisell originals, with a couple of Gibbs’s own pieces and a few standards"--notably the civil rights anthem "We Shall Overcome"--"thrown in."

"Undertakings like these can easily fall victim to bloat and inelegance," says David Weininger, "but Orchestras feels balanced and natural. Gibbs’s arrangements, dense yet spacious, leave space for Frisell, the bassist Thomas Morgan and the drummer Rudy Royston to weave nimbly through the textures."
