Looking for some help with QRX-9001

Here is what I got. My QRX 9001 is getting a restore.The Quad Chip (HA1328 isn't passing a signal.Is there a datasheet on it.and were can I get this Quad Chip

i may have a dead qrx-X001 in the basement - maybe. if you need that board or nobody else helps - i will try.

i am only assuming that this might be some help - naturally i am thinking of the coveted decoder board.

i found mine - in a qrx 5001 - its with codestar7 - on this forum - lets get that to you if you dont have it - sorrry for the delay.
