An early boot. Stereo mixdown of the Q8. Allegedly made in Japan. I think there was one for Imagine and possibly for Goodnight Vienna as well. They are pure CDs, not DTS. It's funny because the guy put the Japanese RCA Quadradisc logo on the graphics!

If you search here, you'll probably find more about these. Not worth more than the minimum bid, and only as a curiosity.

Yeah, nothing going on here, unless you dig the novelty of quad mixed to stereo on CD. It's been done on occasion on legit CD's(usually as bonus tracks), but why bother when you can enjoy the original quad one way or t'other?

Out of these titles, I didn't know most of these had quad mixes! Only Venus and Mars, BOTR, Walls and Bridges, Imagine, Goodnight Vienna, Live and Let Die and RINGO

Are these other titles fakes?

Promised bootlegs that never showed up, as far as I know. I was well-connected with bootleg sellers (and a few makers) and only saw the stereo mix-downs of the Apple Q8s that were issued in the '70s, and they didn't sound very good.
