This existed as a quad-only release, encoded in QS, in the U.S. with nearly the identical cover. If you're a collector, maybe it's worth it. After all, it's B.B. King!
But, if you're only interested in the music, watch eBay for a copy of the U.S. release. The number is ABCX-759. At the end of the credits on the backside of the cover, my copy states "RECORDED AND MIXED IN COMPATIBLE QUADRAPHONIC/STEREO". The record label on my copy does not mention "quad". Probably the U.S. and Japanese albums contain identical mixes.
