So I recently inherited a Bose Lifestyle 650 system, which I am using in my living room for an inobtrusive surround system that still sounds good. It certainly to me sounds far better than a soundbar. That said, I can listen to anything on Apple Music in surround through my AppleTV device, but I have started wondering about my library of multichannel FLAC files I have and use on my main home theater system. I hook an external USB drive up to my Sony X800m2 4K player and listen that way through the Yamaha receiver I have. Anyone know any way I could listen to multichannel sound files on the Bose Lifestyle console? I know I could buy a second 4K blu ray player, but I am really hoping I don't have to.
