Will import DVD-A play on my machine?

Will a import DVD-A play on my player if it's set up for NTSC playback? Do the same rules apply to DVD-A as import PAL DVD?

Yes, the audio tracks will playback. To see the PAL or NTSC video image content depends on your display device capability.

Do you mean regioncoding? So far as I now the audio content is not region coded. I'm not sure about the video content because my player is regionfree so I cannot check this out.

There is no region coding on dvd-a's, audio or video. They will play worldwide.
