Thanks for the reference to your earlier post. It doesn't surprise me that it's as popular in Oz as it is everywhere else. But I was kinda surprised at the inclusion of an egg. So I found this:Definitely popular here in AU:

There’s 7 pizza restaurants within about 2km from me. I usually order from one of 3 for delivery. Many pubs here also have pizza on the menu.
