I just realized that there hasn't been much feedback on this release. There isn't even a dedicated poll thread, at least I couldn't find any using the forum search. So here is my go:

What a fantastic album. I've been listening to the 5.1 mix over a dozen times now since I received it on release date and I'm still blown away by the whole package. The music and musicianship, the mix and sound quality as well as the amazing artwork and booklet are just top notch. It's just such a joy to put the album on and turn the volume up to reference level. The sub is extremely heavy and low, but never overwhelming and controlled throughout. The rear speakers are also heavily used, making this a very immersive experience.

I'd go as far as calling this reference quality when it comes to heavy rock / metal releases in surround. If you are into the heavier side of music, then please do yourself a favor and get yourself a copy. I know the package doesn't come cheap, but it is certainly worth every penny. You won't be disappointed.
