Looks very cool, gotta love the joy stick! Electrohome used to make those large cabineted Hi-fi/Stereo consoles. I wouldn't expect a lot from the decoder but with the discrete input you could use it to Quad balance a system.

With rear speaker connections it must include a built in rear channel amplifier.
