I'd put this in the DVD-A section normally, but it's a little more general, so that's why I decided on here. Nope, I'm not going to harp on about which of the new formats is the better -but has anyone else out there found DVD-A giving them a pounding headache recently? I haven't had any problems in multi-channel thus far (aside from some decidedly dodgy mixing), but especially in the 24/192 stereo tracks, is it me, or do things get more than a little over-bright? Granted my amps aren't exactly Audio Note valve power, but this is getting excessive! Am I doing something wrong here, or am I just imagining things? At this rate I'll have to look for a 30 year old set of Phillips motional response speakers!
