These are all great Atmos Mixes by Maurizio Biancani (who worked in Bologna for Zucchero, Vasco Rossi, Lucio Dalla, etc.)
Here's an interview about these recent atmos mixes: https://www.rollingstone.it/musica/...ncani-e-lepopea-degli-studi-fonoprint/747215/

There are more, but some are upmixes. These are the ones I tested and are good.

The KISS S/T remix (I may be late to this party) is fucking amazing. I’m only listening in stereo on my AirPods, and it’s so much more dynamic and punchy, exactly how this record should have sounded from the start.
Thanks for pointing this out! I looked it up and discovered that Carly Ray Jepsen's "Kiss" album is in Atmos!

Not sure if you guys were aware, I wasn't. Check it out maybe!

(Also, the Kiss s/t is now on my list, too ;-))

New Pat Metheny album out in July. First single streaming now in Atmos. Nothing much going on surround-wise. It's a solo acoustic piece (or maybe there's two guitars, not sure) so if that's how the whole album is going to be, I wouldn't expect it to be much of an Atmos experience. I wish he'd do some mixes of the catalog. It appears that he now has ownership of all the albums he released through Geffen from 1987-1996 so there shouldn't be too many hurdles, unless the tapes went up in the Universal fire before Pat got the rights back.

Also noticed the volume levels for ATMOS items especially when you have another surround source to compare...here are some of my observations -
I listened to Pet Sounds, Sgt Pepper, and the new Band On the Run (my surround DVDA's and the newer ATMOS mixes) and noticed a few things and will attempt to explain my conclusions as to why these anomalies exist...

Initially - with all 3 albums, the FIRST thing I noticed was the ATMOS mixes were not as loud compared to my previously released surround mixes. So I started listening to other ATMOS mixes and compared them to previous surround mixes as well, and noticed the same anomaly with the volume level quieter, so you want to turn up your volume control to the louder levels you are used to. Why is this?
Are you listening on Tidal or Apple Music?

Because the Tidal Atmos streams are lower overall in level than the AM ones, in my experience...and others here on this thread report same.

The AM streams are quite robust, level-wise, in my listening

Dialnorm would not explain this, since both are recognized as Dolby Atmos by my AVR.

Can anyone confirm that this is really a new mix from multitracks, rather than some sort of upmix from the old (quad) release on DVD-A?
Brand-new mix from the original multis by Danny Jones & David Ehninger at Across The Road studios.

Also, the 5.1 mix on the DVD-A isn't derived from the quad - that was also a remix from the original multis by Steve Genewick & Michael Frandelli.
