It was my understanding that no quad records were ever released of Decca (London) Phase 4 material (only on Q8 and Q4). so is this e-bay seller mistaken.

Doesn't ring a bell as a quad number, and I don't see a CD-4 logo on the jacket of label. I think this seller thinks all quad records are CD-4, and as you have surmised, is in error because of the "Phase 4" logo.

You're right, Jon, non of the London Phase-4's were quad records of any kind, even though they synthesise (sp?) via variomatrix. John
