Technics Reel to Reel - Europe/US voltage question

I am thinking about buying a Technics 4 channel Reel to Reel but it’s in Europe 100 Volts. The US is 120 Volts. Would you only have to switch the Power Transformer? Or would more have to be changed out?

Europe is 220-240 volts. Japan is 100 volts. You will need a step down transformer and you will have to make sure the deck is 60 Hertz, not 50. That is the more important factor here. It is difficult to change line frequency and if you need a 60 Hertz pulley it will be very difficult to find 40+ years later.
