Given that it is in VG shape (that is, a bit noisy and scratchy, I guess) hard to imagine anyone coughing up $100 K even if only two copies are known to exist of the stereo pressing. And unlike painting and other singular art, there is no guarantee this item wouldn't depreciate over time. All it would take is an officially released reissue version of the album to make its value plummet, IMO. However, there's no denying this is the kind of piece collectors drool over, partly for its rarity but also because it's a damned good album, period, and with those four tracks considered a tougher, more provocative collection than the official version (which is hardly a slouch).
