Complete and Accurate List of OST Quads Worldwide?

Mark Anderson's listing is quite incomplete for original soundtrack and original cast recordings, particularly imports. "Jaws" (CD-4 JAP) is missing, as is "The Godfather" (CD-4 JAP). Although recently listed in the eBay Shocker Log, informed sources tell me this last title is in fact not the original motion picture soundtrack of Nino Rota's score released in the U.S. on Paramount records, but some cheap soundalike. I'd sure like to be wrong on this. Anyone?

"The Godfather" on Paramount Japan CD4 *is* the real OST; on any other label, even JVC CD4, there are *alternate* versions.
