Not sure 24/44.1 is exactly what people think of as hi-res, but it seemed to be the best option available for Iron Maiden's new Book of Souls.
At least it's 24-bit.
Under $12 on HDTracks with code HDLaborday15.
That is a decent price for that album, regardless of whether it is 16 or 24 bits. But, the 24 bit version won't sound any different than the 16 bit version, unless it was sourced from a different master. There are very few recordings that have enough dynamic range to benefit from a 24-bit container. A metal or rock recording will definitely not have sufficient dynamic range to benefit from 24-bit.
This blog post by Dr. AIX explains 16 vs 24 bits quite well. http://www.realhd-audio.com/?p=5118
I am curious if the HDTracks version has the same dynamic range as the CD. Can you check and compare it to the entries in the Dynamic Range Database?
