Full seperation DPL-II?

I've been re-reading with great interest this thread, especially in regard to the matter of Fosgate having reduced DPL-II's front/rear seperation capabilities at the request of Dolby Labs:

and now wonder:

does anyone know if full separation, un-compromised DPL-II has ever been implemented in any pre-pro, receiver, disk player (etc) other than the Fosgate Audionics FAP units?

Dolby plIIx has more parameters, and can, if implemented correctly, approach the Fosgate separation. To get even better results, use a stereo expansion before the processor. I can achieve amazing results using this method. Now that all my 2 channel music is on a server, it is easy to use a stereo expansion plugin to get the result I want.
