Just got the delay message from Amazon. Interesting in that it just said "supply chain issues" causing the delay with no new anticipated delivery date. Since this seems to be a general issue, no point in looking around for a different seller. Will just have to wait. :(
My email says expected arrival date March 30th

Interesting, Amazon US says it's delayed, but now when you visit the product page, it shows no price, out of stock, etc. You couldn't order it now if you wanted to (from Amazon US)

Their email to me states:
“There is a delay in shipping your order because of a supply chain issue.”

which lines up with what @Intruder461 says.

It's almost funny how Amazon is over communicating about this release ship date and giving you every opportunity to cancel it. They're usually not so solicitous.

Is it an EU edition? Does it come with a tray?"
Ordered it locally in Norway so I suppose it's an EU edition. No tray, the disc sits in a cardboard sleeve, easy to get out. For some unknown reason I received this on the original release date, even if it already was set back to 29.03.

In 1977 Gentle Giant recorded their ninth studio album "The Missing Piece." It was a time of change. Punk, disco and rap were altering the musical landscape and even this well-established progressive rock band were willing to explore new directions. Side one saw them experimenting with quirky pop ("Two Weeks In Spain"), a grandiose power ballad ("I'm Turning Around"), syncopated funk ("Who Do You Think You Are?") and even the punky aggression of "Betcha Thought We Couldn't Do It" Normal service was resumed on side two with some of their most sublime and intricate progressive stylings to date. It remains a polarizing effort amongst fans to this day, some bemused by its diversity, others enchanted by its versatility and sense of humor. The Missing Piece certainly proves that Gentle Giant could play anything they set their minds to. It was the last Gentle Giant album to chart in the USA. Award winning producer and musician Steven Wilson continues his association with the band, remixing the album in Dolby Atmos, Stereo and 5. 1 surround sound. In addition the digipak CD/Blu-ray set also contains an instrumental mix, the original 1977 stereo mix and videos for each track.

Delayed again, per Amazon just now.
Ugh.
Ordered right away in January, just received word from Amazon that it is again delayed. Should have tried a different vendor, it seems…
Had to order the “Moon Safari” BR from Germany or wait until late May!

Just received the shipping delay message from Amazon as well. Unfortunately, no new estimated delivery date. Not sure if other vendors are similarly impacted. :(
