I bet $1500.00 but I have no interest in it. The QSD-1 is just about the same for separation.

It is cool lookn' , audiophile inards and all but I'm with Tab My D-1 with 3 sets of boards is the cat's meow!
Plus shipping and import taxes from Japan....
I'd like the chance to compare it to the QSD-1. Anyone here have both of them and run them head-to-head?
Bob does, prefers the D-1000 but sez a recaped (w/polys) D-1 would top it.
I have to agree it is a better looking unit , and would like nice in a rack with a Tate under or above it, and my 2 outboard 8 channel sound recording units and millenium 246 and.....nice to dream! Now if i could get my Pioneer CD4 in a new case...
