Over on AVSforum someone says they’ve had a listen to the mixes. Sounds like it’s going to b an aggressive mix, which he didn’t like:

Yes he liked the Lennon quad and wish you were here both considered poor surround mixes so I'm hopefully.
Personally I love more aggressive stuff. Coming to surround late (2000s) it’s been one of the great pleasures listening to the quad era mixes. I love a good swirl, pan and diagonal movement not to mention ping pong.
I like the sound of this! This is an album that I always felt was intentionally "assaulting" with all the panning and phase effects, even in stereo. Super excited!
I'd say that poster totally lost his credibility with this last comment:

I forgot something very important about Nov 9th...not only is that the release date for Hendrix's Electric Ladyland..and the Beatles White Album...and Jethro Tull's This Was...it's also the day the son of Gos gets married...imagine Gos at his son's reception...3 sheets in the wind...and trying to post with his smart phone and keep track of all the posts about the new releases

Beware of Amazon and their so called discounts! I ordered this more than a few weeks ago for about $42 and change. When I checked my Shopping Cart the price actually went up to 47 dollars! So much for their "Low Price Guarantee" and a couple of bucks savings. Serves me right for shopping there.
So I cancelled order. What is weird is when I reordered it, I got the lower price again. I recommend checking your pre-orders at Amazon before they go through.

Deep Discount's current price is $42.99, but for the next day they have a $5 off coupon w/the promo code CHESTNUTS. Not sure if it qualifies for their free shipping or if they'll charge you sales tax.
The shipping is free but if you are in an area where they charge you tax...they will...
