Mux hi-definitiion audio with hi-rez LPCM 5.1?

Is there a tool that can mux (preferably to blu-ray or AVCHD) hi-rez video (and also MPEG2) with LPCM 5.1?

My brother has just got a hi-rez camera and has taken some pretty cool time-lapse movies - I sorta want to make a clip like "Wherever there is light" on No-Man Schoolyard Ghosts, but with hi-rez 5.1 audio & video...

If there is a tool that can do it that's inexpensive let me know.

I tried MultiAVCHD, but it converts the LPCM 5.1 to AC3...
