Neil Young CD with Copy Protection

I heard somewhere that the new Neil Young release this month will have some sort of copy protection that will prevent owners from copying the tracks to their PCs hard drives.

Is this true? What's this all about ($$).

That's odd, I would think Neil Young would be the last artists to employ something like that...
