Would it be giving away secrets or would a list of stores that carry Quad LP's in each city be usefull. Something like this

Calgary, Recordland, Quad-Audiophile section, 300 lp's

Er, no, I'd call that rather useful actually! I'd suggest something now, but for the fact that that here in Kingston-upon-Hull in Britain, if you ask about quad, you tend to be lucky if they even know the speaker brand, let alone 4 channel. Ah well. <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/ohwell.gif ALT=":\">

I was in a local used record store here in Seattle called 'The Landing' and asked if they had any quad albums. The clerk asked if I meant by the Who. I said no, quadraphonic - four channel. I guess they didn't.

I was in a used record store in Atlanta, I asked about quadraphonic records, They not only knew what they were, but they were in the "audiophile" section.

I have never really been too excited with the quad choices here in Seattle, but here is a website with alot of titles. The prices are ok, not cheap, but the customer service is greatm the stuff is in the mail as soon as you hit send, and the items are all as good or better than the condition advertised. Oh, you may not be able to get eveything on the site, as I have ordered about eight items in the past couple of weeks. No connection blah blah blah, just a satisfied customer. They are in Chicago, I believe. I think we should support folks that support us.
